Traditional Orangery
A Traditional Styled Orangery in Poole, Dorset

Brief

To work closely with our clients and builders every step of the way, as we guided and advised on this dream orangery. We carefully designed and crafted a final product that reflects the stature and nature of this home, providing the owners with a luxurious space to entertain family and friends.

Design and Service

The idea was to create an aesthetically pleasing home addition, courtesy of an orangery with windows and doors. Not only did we take great care in providing a design that suited our client's living situation, but we also wanted to ensure that the appearance of the orangery matched the existing property.

Rococo recommended using our timber alternative products. We tailor-made certain aspects of the development from scratch to achieve the right finish. Our colour scheme was carefully selected to complement the external render colour, giving the build a modern and elegant finish.

End Results

Within the orangery design specs, it was key to ensure the frames were balanced throughout. As we used our bespoke extra-wide couplers with decorative boarding between the frames, we were able to ensure our design differentiated the orangery from the other rooms in this traditional Dorset property. The seamless internal and external French grey paint was perfectly adopted to suit the existing house, as well as giving the finished product a lift.

Furthermore, we replaced all windows and doors with the original house to match the orangery. All of the aesthetics and elements of practicality now match and work well together. It was essential that we achieved this goal, especially as we were working with a home of such a traditional nature. Our timber alternative windows and doors range offer excellent thermal performance and security features.
